**FUNctional Movement** - Join us for a fun and energizing group class! We'll kick things off with a warm-up that gets your body moving, followed by some multi-joint strength-building exercises, all set to a fantastic playlist of uplifting tunes. After that, we'll transition to the mat to focus on core strengthening. We’ll wrap up with a nice, long stretch to help you relax. This class is sure to bring back the nostalgic vibes of those awesome aerobic classes from the 80s and 90s—without the leg warmers and thong body suits of course!
