What to expect - Reformer group classes incorporate traditional and contemporary Pilates exercises, focusing on strength, endurance, mobility, stretching, posture, balance, and coordination.
Each class can accommodate up to four clients, enabling the instructor to provide personalized guidance.
Note: Online booking is not available for group reformer classes.
*Participants must have completed the Introduction to Reformer Pilates before joining group classes*
