Pilates - Core & Strength

This class blends focused core work with strength training using a variety of equipment including weights, resistance bands, and other small props. The goal is to build strong, resilient bodies while improving balance, coordination, and endurance.

This program is ideal for those who are already active in movement classes and are ready for a slightly more challenging workout.
