The Introduction to Pilates private package includes:

At Encore, we aim to provide personalized workouts (even in our small group classes). To achieve this, I must understand your wellness goals, health history, and current activity level. You will be invited to attend two private sessions.
During the first session, we will review your goals, health history, posture, alignment, and any mobility issues that need to be addressed. You will review the six core principles of Pilates and Joseph Pilates' methodology and be introduced to the reformer apparatus.
The second session will be personalized based on the information gathered from our first session.

Once we complete our introductory sessions, we'll discuss the best way to continue: group, private, semi-private reformer sessions, or other ENCORE group classes. We want to ensure you find the option that is right for you!
