Everyday Strong - Seniors' Fitness Program - Wednesday

What to Expect - We will perform various functional exercises. This class is designed to improve posture, flexibility, muscular strength, and balance. We use light weights and resistance bands to challenge muscular strength and endurance. The exercises will be performed standing or seated, ensuring everyone can participate. It is an excellent class for anyone uncomfortable getting on the floor.
